ABOUT US

The Village at Maple Ridge consists of 41 condominiums. The homes were built in 2000 and 2001 and are all individually owned. Approximately 75% of owners live in their condos, while the other 25% rent theirs out. The sale and rental of condos are handled by the individual owner or their real estate agent.

The condo community is governed and managed by an elected, unpaid board of condo owners. The board meets monthly and manages the budget, roads, exterior maintenance, landscaping, and more. Monthly dues paid by owners are administered by the board and used to pay for water, sewer, trash pick-up, exterior and landscape maintenance for all condos, road, and street lights, and additional community operating expenses.

All residents can enjoy walking around the pleasant roads and accessible sidewalks within the shared community and can rest on one of the many benches.

Condo residents, over the years have organized social activities such as coffees, potluck picnics, lending libraries, and walks.
