MAPLE RIDGE BY BONAVENTURE

Physically located within the condo community is a four-story assisted-living facility named Maple Ridge by Bonaventure. Though it is a completely separate entity from The Village at Maple Ridge condo community, the two entities share responsibility for some systems, such as roads, propane, and waste management. During long power outages, condo residents may be invited to visit the facility's lobby for light and warmth.
